Big Animal March 17, 2009

Hi there, today I don’t really know what to talk about. Maybe about the things that happened to me in the recent months and that changed my vision of several things!? Maybe about the speed I’m running?! MAybe about the time that runs even faster than me?! About the fact that sometimes I’m too intolerant?! Maybe about the next B-Days party that we are looking forward to have?!

Well, in the end I did talk about something.

But now let’s move to the serious stuff, the musical ones. Today we have a rock band named Elefant.

This band comes from NY City (incidentally, does any of you have some hints about this city for a friend of mine is going to visit it soon… in case, let me know) and the singer, namely Diego Garcia, comes from an Argentinian family but doesn’t play tango at all, just rock and roll. They remind me somehow the Editors.

Don’t expect something special from these guys, but just enjoy one of their song, that is “Misfit”:

Yep, all right, maybe a bit too loud for a morning with a cold hinting …

Picked a girl up at the trainstop where I live
Took a drive along the beach by the ocean
Talk about the dreams we had while we were growing old
Wrote a poem on the back of your shoulder

[Chorus]

Tell me your name, tell me your story
Cause I’m into it, runnin’ through life like a misfit

I will start again

Give the dog a bone to chew as I drive around
Wrote this song last night while I was sober

[Chorus]

Tell me your name, tell me a story
Cause I’m into it, runnin’ through life like a misfit

And I kept on driving
I will start again

[Chorus]

Tell me your name, tell me a story
Cause I’m into it, runnin’ through life like a misfit
